Making decisions in product management is no simple feat. Between stakeholders with strong opinions and limited data to work with, it can be challenging to create reliable, informed decisions. Data that can be used in decision making goes beyond typical statistics around user retention and churn and can also include qualitative information from user interviews, market research, and more.
In this interactive workshop, we'll kick things off by hearing from 2 experienced product managers how they make product management decisions and how they leverage data. We'll then spend much of the event in a virtual workshop-style format, discussing in small groups the real challenges each of us faces in product management and product marketing to learn from one another.
