Boston Product Management Association (BPMA) and Agile Product Open (APO) are happy to invite product management and product marketing professionals to an in-person, interactive networking event.

Join us to meet others in the product space, network, and share ideas related to the impact of focusing on outcomes throughout the product development process. Research shows that only 20% of software products & features have the positive impact initially intended. One of the primary reasons is that product teams often lose sight of the fact that no one is using their product because they want to use their product, users are using their product because they want an outcome. This session leverages an interactive and fun survival exercise to demonstrate the seismic impact that focusing on outcomes will have on the impact of a product. The purpose of this highly interactive session is to demonstrate the power of having product teams focus on those crucial outcomes throughout the product development process.
